Take your feet out.

Its the moment to give your feet some air.

After so much time with shoes enjoy the summer.

Feet work so much.

They carry us around the whole day, all our life. And we have them so much time in shoes.

The first walk in springtime over soft grass, a walk on a sandy beach. There you realize how bad we treat our feet.

In my yoga practice I enjoy so much the assanas where your feet are up in the air.

They feel so good afterwards.

Tickly and light.

And smaller they look too.

Some people bath their feet. That is nice and relaxing.

Especially when they are cold. It makes you sleepy.

Or a massage. Especially the chinese have a lot of techniques to cure using the feet.

Or even massaging with the feet.

In our world of shoes we are walking around with one very important sense  less.

We don’t gather information about our ground, the temperature and texture. Its a big part of the sensorial experience. Our brain gets very stimulated by what we perceive with our feet.

Another thing about feet.

Apparently the pores of the sole of our feet are very bug and by that easily penetrated bu oils for example.

This makes it very interesting for aromatherapy.

Oils get transportet into the skin inti the liquids of the body super easily.

I guess this is enough reason to give it a try.

The following essential oils are widely used to treat the feet and with that the whole body.

If you tend to have sweating and itching feet use Tea tree, roman Chamomile and Eucalyptus essential oil.
