Our Manuka Essential Oil is sourced from New Zealand. It is well known to the native Maori for its wide range of healing attributes and multi-faceted applications. What is less widely known is that it has similar properties to Tea Tree Oil, but with a greatly reduced potential for irritating skin when used topically.

For starters, it features a light, sweet, herbaceous aroma. It blends well with other herbaceous and citrus oils for aromatherapy diffusers in the home. Excellent options to try are Basil, Sage, Bergamot and Lavender oils.

MANUKA: With a woody, earthy and balsamic aroma, this therapeutic grade manuka essential oil comes with many surprising benefits.

HEALING BENEFITS: Maintaining the moisture and oil balance in the scalp, manuka works to stop the degeneration of scalp skin, simply by mixing it in your bath water or massaging onto your head as part of an oil blend. Acts as a bite and sting antidote. Deemed a relaxant, this essential oil calms and soothes joint and muscle pains.

CLEANSES AIR: Able to clean air when diffused, use this essential oil for up to one hour, three times a day to neutralise unwanted odours.

VERSATILE USE: A great skincare addition, add a couple drops to your face wash and body lotion. For haircare, add 2 drops to your shampoo, or use as a hair mask by massaging into your scalp, then cover and allow your hair to soak up the oil for 15-30mins. Manuka pairs well with a plethora of oils, from fruity to woodsy, so go ahead; add an essential oil mix to a diffuser!

STEAM DISTILLED: This Soil Association-certified organic essential oil derives from New Zealand. It is extracted by harvesting the leaves of the Leptospermum Scoparium plant, then run through a steam distillation process and sent to the UK where we test and bottle.
