How long will my order take?
We dispatch UK orders the next working day, and they usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. International orders usually take 7 to 16 days, depending on the destination.
How much is delivery?
UK: free over £40, otherwise £3.99. European Union: £8.99. USA & rest of world: £11.99. You'll see the exact cost at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we post from our UK warehouse to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, the UAE, Japan, Singapore and more. If your country isn't listed at checkout, just email us.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped we email you a tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged local VAT, import duty or a courier handling fee on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the customer, usually modest for small parcels.
How can I pay, and is checkout secure?
We accept all major payment methods, debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, through Shopify's secure, fully encrypted checkout. Your payment details are protected and are never stored by us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us straight away with your order number and we'll do our best to change or cancel it for you.
What's your returns & refund policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened, unused items (a hygiene rule for oils). Email us your order number first; we refund you in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Return postage is at your cost unless the item was faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
That's on us. Email a photo and your order number to support@ecodrop.co.uk and we'll send a replacement or refund straight away, and we cover the postage.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale and special pricing for businesses. Get in touch and we'll send you all the details.
