After sun treatments for the skin DIY
Here comes the sun. It’s a blessing after the long absence of its warming touch on the skin. Everything gets flooded with light and our mood boosts, we feel energetic and positive about life and existence.

We fall in love with the flowers, the air, the outdoors and strangers. The wheel of life goes on, we feel the drive and darkness of mind feels a mile away. Our body is still recovering and needs care. Not only the famous spring flue is having a feast because of low immune defenses after such a long winter, also our skin is extremely sensitive after the long month of being covered up in cloth. The first contact with the sun many times end up with some type of minor or mayor sunburn. Even if you did not get burnt, give your skin a treat, sun is crucial but cruel too. There are very easy after sun treatments to do at home or to prepare if you go on a trip and want to rely on homemade cosmetics. First aid for sunburn if you are on the road is always natural yoghurt and fresh aloe vera if you can find some where you are. Also avoiding the sun from 11 am to 3 pm at least helps a lot to prevent sunburn.
