Changed Your Mind?
If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
We're so sorry if something arrived damaged or not as expected. We'll put it right as quickly as possible.
- Please email support@ecodrop.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item - We'll cover the return postage
- A replacement will be sent out immediately, or a refund will be arranged - whichever you prefer
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 working days. You'll receive confirmation via email. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Items That Can't Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
