Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp carrier oil of choice (jojoba, grapeseed, sweet almond oil)
  • 3 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 3 drops lemon essential oil
  • 2 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 2 drops cypress essential oil
  • (optional) a handful of herbs to sprinkle: rosemary, peppermint, oregano sprigs, and/or lemon slices
Directions:
  1. mix dry ingredients in a bowl and add your carrier oil of choice.
  2. blend essential oils into the bowl and combine all ingredients together.
  3. add the sprinkle of herbs, then transfer the ingredients into a warm bath.
  4. lay in your bath-tub, and enjoy!
