Shipping policy

We send every order from our warehouse in the UK. You will see the exact delivery cost at checkout before you pay.

UK delivery

  • Free delivery on orders of £40 or more.
  • £3.99 on orders under £40.
  • Dispatch: orders are dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery time: usually 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man is £3.99 per order. Free delivery over £40 does not apply to these addresses. Local import charges may apply.

International delivery

  • European Union (all 27 member states): £8.99 per order.
  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Israel: £11.99 per order.

International orders usually arrive within 7 to 16 days, depending on the destination and on customs. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.

Customs and import charges. Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged local VAT, import duty or a courier handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and are paid by the customer. We cannot predict the exact amount.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to the address you gave us.

  • Late or lost: if your parcel has not arrived within the delivery times above, email us with your order number. We will check with the courier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • Damaged or wrong item: email us with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, and cover any return postage. See our Refund Policy.
