How to use

Remove the stopper and stand the bottle on a flat, stable surface.
Place the six reeds in the oil.
After 1 to 2 hours, flip the reeds so the soaked ends face up.
For a stronger scent, use all six reeds and flip them every few days. For a softer scent, use fewer reeds.
To refill, let the bottle run empty, rinse it with warm soapy water and dry it fully, then pour in the 100ml coconut and sandalwood refill and add fresh reeds if the old ones look dark or dusty.

Good to know: Heat, direct sunlight and draughts make the oil evaporate faster. Flipping the reeds often gives more scent but uses the oil up sooner, so the 12 weeks depends on the room and how many reeds you use.

Can I return an order from outside the UK?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the items are unopened and unused. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Just email us your order number first.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

That's on us, wherever you are in the world. Email a photo and your order number to support@ecodrop.co.uk and we'll send a replacement or a refund straight away, and we cover the postage.
