How to use

Remove the stopper and stand the bottle on a flat, stable, protected surface.
Place the reeds in the oil and fan them out a little.
After 1 to 2 hours, flip the reeds so the dry ends sit in the oil and the scent starts to spread.
For a stronger scent, flip the reeds every few days or add more reeds. For a softer scent, use fewer reeds.
To keep it fresh, flip the reeds once every week or two.
To refill: let the oil run down, rinse and dry the bottle, pour in the 250ml refill and add fresh reeds.

Good to know: scent strength depends on room size, warmth and airflow. Reed sticks clog over time, so swap in fresh reeds when you refill.

How do I make my reed diffuser stronger?

Flip the reeds every few days, or add more of them to the bottle. A hallway or a spot near a doorway, with gentle airflow, helps the scent travel through the house. For a softer scent, simply take a few reeds out.

How do I use the refill?

Let the last of the oil run down, rinse the bottle with warm water and let it dry fully. Pour in the 250ml refill, add fresh reeds and flip them after an hour or two. Old reeds clog over time, so fresh ones make a real difference to the scent.

Can I return an order from outside the UK?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the items are unopened and unused. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Just email us your order number first.
