How to use

Remove the stopper and stand the bottle on a flat, stable, protected surface.
Place the reeds in the oil.
After 1 to 2 hours, flip the reeds so the soaked ends sit at the top and release the scent.
Flip the reeds every few days for a stronger scent. Flipping more often uses the oil faster.
For a softer scent, take a few reeds out.
To refill, top up the bottle, or let it run out, rinse and dry it, then pour in the Orange Blossom (Neroli) refill. Fresh reeds work best.

Good to know: warmth and draughts make the oil evaporate faster, so keep the diffuser away from radiators, hobs, direct sun and open doorways for the longest life. Flip the reeds over a sink and wash your hands afterwards.

How long does the Orange Blossom reed diffuser last?

One 250ml bottle lasts up to 24 weeks. Warm rooms, draughts and using every reed all make it run faster, while fewer reeds make it last longer. Flipping the reeds boosts the scent but uses more oil each time.

Is orange blossom the same as neroli?

Both names come from the blossom of the bitter orange tree. Orange blossom usually describes the sweeter, softer floral side of the flower, while neroli is fresher and slightly green. This diffuser brings the two together with a touch of soft citrus.

Can I return an order from outside the UK?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the items are unopened and unused. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Just email us your order number first.
