How to use

Stand the glass diffuser bottle on a flat, stable surface, away from direct heat, sunlight and polished or painted wood.
Unscrew the 100ml oil bottle and carefully pour the fragrance oil into the glass diffuser bottle.
Put all six reeds into the oil and let them soak it up.
After 1 to 2 hours, flip the reeds so the soaked ends are at the top. This starts the scent.
For a stronger scent, flip the reeds every few days. For a softer scent, use fewer reeds.
To refill, top up the bottle or rinse and dry it first, pour in the 100ml refill and add fresh reeds.

Good to know: Flip the reeds over a sink or kitchen roll and wash your hands afterwards. Fewer reeds and fewer flips make the oil last longer.

Can I return an order from outside the UK?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the items are unopened and unused. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Just email us your order number first.
