HEALING PROPERTIES: Containing Arzanol, a participant in wound healing, helichrysum can reduce symptoms, such as swelling, pain and redness. For potent skin healing, mix with a carrier oil, such as coconut or almond oil before applying it to the skin.
ENHANCED SKINCARE: For a natural skin treatment, simply blend 1-2 drops of this essential oil with a skin-friendly carrier oil, such as Jojoba. Apply to clean and moisturised skin. Safe to use as part of a massage when your body needs to relax.
ENERGY BOOST: Add a couple drops into a bowl of hot water and inhale or add to a diffuser to utilise helichrysum in a spa-like experience. Widely known for its calming effects, mix this essential oil with basil and peppermint to reduce mental exhaustion and burnout.
