Turkey tail holds two different kinds of compounds, and they don't dissolve the same way. So we dual-extract our organic turkey tail in both water and alcohol using ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE). High-frequency sound waves break open the cell walls so more of the active compounds release, and combine them into a single drop.

No. PSK and PSP refer to particular polysaccharide-containing preparations studied in specific settings. A general turkey tail tincture is not automatically equivalent to those preparations.
