How to use

Place the jar on a flat, stable surface, away from heat and from polished or painted wood.
Pour the 100ml fragrance oil into the amber glass jar.
Stand the six reeds in the oil.
After 1 to 2 hours, flip the reeds so the soaked ends face up. The scent builds over the next day or two.
For a stronger scent, flip the reeds every few days. For a softer scent, use fewer reeds.
To refill, rinse and dry the jar or top it up, pour in the refill oil and add fresh reeds.

Good to know: flip the reeds over a sink or a tissue so drips do not mark surfaces, and wash your hands afterwards. Warm, airy rooms carry the scent further, but a spot by a radiator uses the oil up faster.

How long does the vanilla reed diffuser last?

Up to 12 weeks from one 100ml fill. Warm rooms, airflow and using all six reeds use the oil up faster, so use fewer reeds and flip them less often if you want it to last longer.

How do I make my reed diffuser stronger?

Keep all six reeds in, flip them every few days and place the diffuser somewhere people pass, such as a kitchen or hallway. Fresh reeds help too, because old reeds clog over time. For a softer scent, take a reed or two out.

How do I use the vanilla & coffee refill?

Rinse and dry the jar or top it up, pour in the 100ml refill and add fresh reeds, then flip them after an hour or two. Use the matching refill oil, which is made for reeds: vanilla extract and brewed coffee are not made for reed diffusers.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Possibly, yes, and we'd rather tell you upfront. Orders delivered outside the UK can be charged local VAT, import duty or a courier handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the customer. They're usually modest for small parcels, but we can't predict the exact amount.

Can I return an order from outside the UK?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the items are unopened and unused. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Just email us your order number first.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

That's on us, wherever you are in the world. Email a photo and your order number to support@ecodrop.co.uk and we'll send a replacement or a refund straight away, and we cover the postage.
