How to use

Remove the stopper and stand the bottle on a flat, stable, protected surface, away from heat and direct sun.
Insert the reed sticks into the oil. Use all six for a fuller scent, or three or four for a softer one.
After 1 to 2 hours, flip the reeds so the soaked ends are at the top.
Flip them once a week to keep the scent fresh, or every few days for a stronger scent.
To refill, empty and rinse the bottle, let it dry, then pour in the 100ml Wood Sage & Sea Salt refill and add fresh reeds if you have them.

Good to know: Flip the reeds over a sink or a tissue, as they drip, and wash your hands afterwards. Heat, sunshine and draughts make the oil run out faster.

How do I make my reed diffuser stronger?

How do I use the refill?

Empty any old oil, rinse the bottle with warm soapy water and let it dry fully. Pour in the 100ml wood sage and sea salt refill oil, add fresh reed sticks if you have them, and flip them after an hour or two. Old reeds clog over time, so new ones give a stronger scent.

Is it safe around pets?

Can I return an order from outside the UK?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the items are unopened and unused. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Just email us your order number first.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

That's on us, wherever you are in the world. Email a photo and your order number to support@ecodrop.co.uk and we'll send a replacement or a refund straight away, and we cover the postage.
