How to use

Trim the cotton wick to about 5mm before every burn.
On the first burn, let the melt pool reach the edge of the jar. This sets an even melt and stops tunnelling.
Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, then let the wax set before you relight.
Keep the wick centred and clear any wick trimmings or match ends out of the wax.
Stop when about 10mm of wax is left in the jar.

Good to know: Burn time depends on how you care for the candle, so trimming the wick and full melt pools help it last. For rooms where you can't leave a flame, pair it with the Wood Sage & Sea Salt Reed Diffuser, which gives the same scent family flame-free.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Possibly, yes, and we'd rather tell you upfront. Orders delivered outside the UK can be charged local VAT, import duty or a courier handling fee on arrival. Can I return an order from outside the UK?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the items are unopened and unused. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Just email us your order number first.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

That's on us, wherever you are in the world. Email a photo and your order number to support@ecodrop.co.uk and we'll send a replacement or a refund straight away, and we cover the postage.
